Fiona leads the Cloud Computing business across Europe where she leads a cross-brand team across Europe responsible for developing and closing business opportunities around our Cloud offerings.
Prior to this she has held a number of senior executive roles within IBM’s Global Technology Services’ organisation across North-East Europe, Austria and Switzerland, where she also was an executive member of the IBM Switzerland Board. As a Board member she was responsible for the execution of IBM’s strategy across IBM Switzerland plus IBM’s presence both in the Swiss marketplace and the management of key executive level client relationships.
From 2001 to 2007 Fiona managed IBM’s software business across the financial services sector as well as running the Tivoli practice in her time there in UK, Ireland, and South Africa.
From August 2000 to December 2000 she was the Executive Assistant to the General Manager, IBM UK and from January, 1996 to July, 2000 Fiona held both client management and sales management responsibilities for one of the major UK banks.
Fiona joined IBM UK in 1985 and has held numerous personnel, technical, systems engineering, sales, and sales management positions throughout her career. She is a graduate of Liverpool University where she did a Medieval and Modern History degree.
